Its location on the 4th floor of the Mandarin Oriental means impressive views at MO Bar, but that’s not all that impresses. The gorgeous Pacific Ocean inspired décor also influences the cocktail programme with its regional travel theme. The latest iteration of the menu called Nomadic Foragers includes the Instagram-worthy Harvest Queen, a Vietnamese tribute to fresh flavours or the Bittersweet, an ode to the Philippines with hints of chocolate, whisky and flecked with gold. It’s worth perusing the whole menu just for the stories behind these drinks, which are complemented by excellent bar food. All the above is served with wonderful hospitality from the capable team.
