The service at Libertine is informal yet attentive, making you feel like home. Its cocktail menu, handpicked by Raiza Carrera, reflects the hotel's spirit of local, quality products. Fresh juices, cordials, syrups, bitters and a wide assortment of naturally fermented drinks are essential ingredients. Signature offerings include clarified punches such as Salted Coffee, a mixture of marijuana liqueurs, island spices, pineapple and clarified citrus fruits with coconut milk; as well as the effervescent highballs, such as the Pear + Smoke, a refreshing combination of mezcal, lactofermented pear, green apple and cardamom, or the Butter + Oak, a mixture of Spanish, French and American brandies with browned butter, amaro, Italian vermouth and banana.
