Consistently present on the scene, Aki Wang's Indulge Experimental Bistro continues to draw the crowds of Taipei. In the past year Wang has been collaborating more with brands, bars and mixologists across the city, which in turn has brought new and fresh ideas to Indulge. The bright and vibrant cocktail menu matches Indulge's interior, while the endlessly creative cocktails and dishes deliver touches of Taiwan, and Asia as a whole. After all, Wang's goal has always been to incorporate Taiwan's under-appreciated culture and rich produce into his menu and, in Indulge, this goal is accomplished.
