In this molecular gastronomy restaurant-slash-drinks lab, owner Seven Yi’s creations will surprise and delight you. His experience as a classically trained chef at L'atelier de Joël Robuchon is evident in the culinary craftmanship of the drinks and the canapés. The menu is highly seasonal and thematic and when it changes, so does the décor and music. A recent signature includes the deceptively simple looking Ruby Tea accompanied by an oolong meringue.
