It's not just owner Daiki Kanetaka's sharp suits and dickie bows that are well-tailored at this sleek Ginza-style bar, which has notched up more than five years at the top level of the Singaporean drinking scene. The cocktails are just as individually designed, with drinks customised to guests' personal tastes. Deep, brown leather armchairs, refreshing hot towels and tea begin the experience, followed by bespoke minimalist cocktails made with great theatre. There's equal care and attention given to an excellent range of sherries (Kanetaka is a certified venenciador, or sherry master) Calvados, Armagnacs and vintage rums.
