From the superb combination of Piedmont Moscato grape must and Trentino Alto Adige peach puree, the first non-alcoholic sparkling cocktail is born: here is Bellino, a hymn to a classic drink whose name has the taste of eternity, but made innovative by the 0% AVB choice.
The attention to the final flavour is the result of research aimed at maintaining the exact taste of the classic versions, in a drink ready to serve, and ready to bring back the timeless feeling of sparkling drinking in a modern key.
Bellino is part of a brand new project that is known as Sei Bellissimi, and whose mission is to remaster six (in Italian “Sei” means six) sparkling cocktails of the Italian tradition.
Giancarlo Mancino is the barman behind this new project that comes with the promise of six products of absolute excellence, filled with elegance both in the name and in the glass, perfect to be enjoyed in a rich breakfast or as a perfect pre-dinner: Bellini, Rossini, Puccini, Tintoretto, Raspini and Mimosa, combining classic style with a touch of innovation and avant-garde.
