This glamorous gold and marble hotel bar traces the escapades of its namesake Charles H Baker – a famous American cocktail writer. The menu is split into sections charting Baker's globe-trotting life from Cairo and Havana to New York and Shanghai. The drinks are equally adventurous, ranging from a flight of three different Manhattans to a spicy blend of bourbon, Armagnac and tea, served hot. Head bartender Lorenzo Antinori's signature, the Boracay Old Fashioned, is not to be missed (coconut aged bourbon, almond liqueur and aromatic bitters).
